🚀 SnoowballMedia Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with SnoowballMedia (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) for services,you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

These terms apply to all services provided by SnoowballMedia.

2. Services Provided

SnoowballMedia specializes in providing Roofing Lead Generation Systems, including:
• Custom-built Landing Funnels
• Paid Advertising Campaign Setup
• CRM Setup for Lead Management
• Strategy Consulting for Lead Generation and Business Growth

The scope of work is strictly limited to the deliverables outlined in the signed agreement, invoice, or service proposal.

3. Payment Terms

✅ One-Time Projects:
• 100% full payment upfront is required before the project begins.
• Alternatively, SnoowballMedia may allow a 50/50 payment structure at its sole discretion:
• 50% due upfront before work starts• 50% due before the campaign/funnel is launched live.

✅ Monthly Retainer Services (if applicable):
• 50% payment required upfront before the beginning of the month.
• 50% payment required before any live advertising campaigns, additional builds, or services are deployed during the month.

✅ Non-Payment:

• If payment is not completed as per the agreed terms, SnoowballMedia reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately without prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed strictly by our published Refund Policy.

Refunds are only available under the specific conditions listed therein.

• No refunds shall be issued for advertising spend, third-party software subscriptions, or delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., non-responsiveness, delays in approvals).
• Once project work has commenced, no refund shall be granted except under eligibility conditions explicitly mentioned in our Refund Policy.

5. Project Timeline and Client Responsibilities

• SnoowballMedia agrees to deliver the Roofing Lead System within the agreed timeframe (typically 7–10 business days).
• Timely delivery is conditional upon the Client providing required materials (such as company information, access credentials, ad approvals) promptly.
• Delays caused by the Client (e.g., late responses, missing content) will extend the delivery timeline without penalty to SnoowballMedia.

6. Ownership of Materials

• Upon full payment, the Client will own the leads, ad accounts, funnels, and other deliverables created for them.
• SnoowballMedia retains the right to use anonymized samples of deliverables for portfolio, advertising, or marketing purposes unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

• SnoowballMedia makes no absolute guarantees regarding the number of leads, sales, or income generated through the services provided.
• While we implement best-in-class marketing practices, the success of campaigns depends on multiple external factors, including but not limited to market conditions, seasonality, client performance in sales, and platform policy changes.
• SnoowballMedia shall not be liable for loss of income, opportunities, or reputation resulting from the use or non-use of its services.

8. Modification of Terms

SnoowballMedia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
It is the Client’s responsibility to review this page periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Any disputes arising shall be handled in the competent courts of Texas, United States.
