If you are not satisfied with the services provided by SnoowballMedia,you may be eligible for a full refund of our service fees under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility
✅ 1. Delivery Failure:
If we fail to deliver your complete Roofing Lead Generation System within the promised 10 business days, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the service fees paid to SnoowballMedia.

✅ 2. No Lead Performance:
If you receive zero qualified roofing leads within 30 days after the system is fully launched and live, and you have followed the recommended ad strategy, you may request a 100% refund of the service fees paid to SnoowballMedia.

✅ 3. Dissatisfaction After 30 Days:
If after using the system for 30 days, you genuinely feel that the system has provided no value or results for your roofing business, you may request a 100% refund of the service fees paid.

Important Notes
• Only our service fees are refundable under this policy.
• Any advertising spend paid directly by you to platforms like Facebook™, Google™, or other third-party providers is non-refundable.
• Any software subscription fees (such as CRM tools, email tools, ad accounts, or landing page software) paid separately are non-refundable.
• Refund requests must be made in writing by emailing support@snoowballmedia.com within 5 days of becoming eligible.

Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and verified,
approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original method of payment.

No Refund Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:• If the client refuses to follow the recommended system strategies or ad guidelines.

• If the client delays the project due to lack of communication, delay in approvals, or not providing required materials.
• If the client discontinues or pauses campaigns without informing SnoowballMedia.
• If technical issues outside our control (such as ad account bans, software policy changes) cause disruption.

Final Decision
SnoowballMedia reserves the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether the eligibility conditions for a refund have been satisfied.
